Once this period has ended, we will keep your data duly stored and protected for the required legal limitation periods. Nosroc SL must respond to the request within one month of receipt of the request. This period may be extended by another two months if necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests.
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by sending an email to gdpr@nexusleisure.com. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to the withdrawal of consent.
If you believe that your right to the protection of your personal data has been violated, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, www.aepd.es.
